Instruksi kerja ini menjelaskan cara mengulang proses persetujuan dokumen School Fee Waiver
Deduction yang sedang menunggu persetujuan, dengan menekan tombol Restart Approval
Process, sehingga baris persetujuan yang sudah ada dihapus dan dibangun ulang dari template
persetujuan yang berlaku.
- Akses ke menu School → Fee Waiver → Fee Waiver Deductions.
- Keanggotaan grup School - Fee Waiver - Deduction / Validator.
- Buka menu School → Fee Waiver → Fee Waiver Deductions.
- Buka dokumen berstatus Waiting for Approval yang proses persetujuannya akan diulang.
- Klik tombol Restart Approval Process di bagian header formulir.
- Klik Ok pada dialog konfirmasi bertuliskan
Restart approval process. Are you sure?.
- Status dokumen tetap Waiting for Approval.
- Baris persetujuan yang ada pada tab Approvals dihapus, lalu dibangun ulang dari template
persetujuan yang berlaku — lihat
Pemilihan Template Persetujuan School Fee Waiver Deduction.
Proses persetujuan dimulai lagi dari level approver pertama; persetujuan yang sebelumnya
sudah tercatat tidak berlaku lagi.
- Tombol Restart Approval Process tidak muncul. Status dokumen bukan Waiting for
Approval, atau pengguna belum termasuk grup School - Fee Waiver - Deduction /
Validator.
